Rochelle takes pride in delighting clients, keeping projects on track, and supporting colleagues. As our newest project manager, she is now the point person on many of our technology projects, checking in with clients regularly and keeping teammates motivated. In her own words, Rochelle is both hyper detail-oriented and easygoing, able to read people and keep things light wherever possible.

She also excels at breaking down complex problems into simpler ones. Past colleagues have described Rochelle as maternal, able to take the proverbial temperature of a room and make sure everyone’s doing well. Some of her favorite parts of the role are engaging with clients and helping organizations run more smoothly by streamlining their processes.

The client base of Impact Evolution is quite familiar to her: she has long worked with nonprofits, from leading production on micro-documentaries communicating nonprofit impact to helping drive missions forward with Salesforce.

Rochelle has often worn many hats, stepping in and taking on tasks outside the standard job description, and identifies as a creative person with an organizational side. For example, in her last role as a project manager for a biotech company, she not only managed projects but also worked on communications and graphic design, which she may well do for us as well!

Constantly looking for new ways to learn and grow, Rochelle is always open to the opportunities the universe sends her way. Her diverse career history in fields like traditional art, design, and strategy helps her to bring fresh outsider takes to sometimes siloed industries.

Outside of work, Rochelle doesn’t sit still – her husband, a fellow artist, calls her a hummingbird! She is passionate about volunteering for her teenage daughter’s ballet studio as a costumer/seamstress. She and her daughter also bond by playing music together, guitar and viola respectively.

Whenever she can, she gets outside to garden and she is also getting back into surfing. She and her family (including a dog, a cat, and a fish) enjoy their coastal home—amidst lemon and avocado orchards—near Ventura, California.

At Impact Evolution, Rochelle finds it very meaningful to directly support people and social impact organizations. In this era, she thinks it’s more important than ever. We think so too, and we’re so excited to have Rochelle on our team!
